Hare how you are feeling with your team. This could be sharing on a one to one basis initially until you feel more comfortable with sharing in the wider group. For example, share that you recognise you have been covering up feelings of stress, you are concerned about your family etc. Whatever might be going on for you. This gives them permission to be honest back to you. And, also be honest when they ask you ‘the feeling question’ rather than keep going and pretending all is well when it is not.
